Let me level with you here, I’m a sucker for free samples. The minimalist in me is not a fan of this habit, but I get a crazy little rush every time a new box of them arrives on my doorstep and I’ve been a loyal Influenster for years.

The thing is though, there are several great companies that will send you free samples in exchange for some honest feedback. One that’s come a long way in the last few years is PINCHme.

Each month on Sample Tuesday, PINCHme releases several different products you can “claim.” You do this by logging onto the site and selecting what you want to try. Each sample is first come, first served, so when they run out – they’re out. You want to make sure you’re ready to go when the samples are released.

Samples for June will be released on June 14^th at 12 Noon EST (that’s TOMORROW). Here’s how you can be ready to claim yours:

1. Head over to PINCHme now and sign up for FREE. There are lots of lame sites that say they’re free and the next thing you know they’re asking you for credit card info, telling you that you only have to pay shipping or leading you down an endless pile of surveys that never seem to end. PINCHme isn’t like that at all. You don’t supply any credit information. You don’t pay any shipping and handling.
2. Fill out your member profile (it’s seriously a piece of cake). There are a couple of polls about you so that samples can be tailored to fit your lifestyle. Single twenty-somethings probably don’t want diaper samples any more than most men would want nail polish samples.
3. Browse the samples and on Sample Tuesday, select from the available ones.
4. Tell the world how you feel about the products! Share your opinions on social media and leave reviews.

Then repeat steps 3 and 4 each month!

Some of the brands I’m most loyal to now have been found through these sample sites. To be fair, I’ve also had a chance to try things for free and rule them out forever – the great thing is that it doesn’t matter whether you love or hate a product as long as you’re providing honest reviews.

For instance, some of the June samples include:

• 12 oz. Bottle of V8 Veggie Blends – Carrot Mango: I was surprised I loved it. I always hated V8 tomato juice, but this is actually pretty tasty and refreshing. It sure doesn’t hurt I’ve been on a juice/smoothie kick, but I wouldn’t mind working this into my regular morning rotation.
• ZzzQuil Sleep Aid: I expected to love this. NyQuil is my go-to cold medicine and lately I’ve had some trouble falling asleep and occasionally use a sleep aid like melatonin or I Am Sleepy liquid shots. This stuff was terrible. I felt hung over half of the next day and when I had to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, it felt like a creepy out of body experience. Not a win.
• Toms of Maine Rapid Relief Sensitive Toothpaste: I’m on the fence about Toms of Maine. I love their natural ingredients and sustainable packing, but I find it doesn’t hit the minty flavor level that I really prefer. I’m probably not making a switch here.
