It can a little overwhelming trying to find new personal finance blogs that are awesome. Modest Money has a giant list of top finance blogs – as of today, 606 of them to be exact!

You probably know about some of the big shots like J. Money, Mr. Money Mustache and PT, the brainchild behind the most amazing conference in the world. Here are 10 others you should check out and, incidentally, they are all amazing ladies!

  1. Cashville Skyline

If you love the arts vibe we’ve got going on here, check our musical counterpart over at Kate’s blog. She worked in the music industry for years and has some amazing AirBnB income stories. She also lives in Nashville, a must-see stop on my bucket list now primarily because of her stories.

  1. Goodnight Debt

Speaking of Kate’s, this one blogs about her journey to get out of debt and she is dang close. Her posts are hilarious and real and wonderful. You’re missing out if you’re not reading Goodnight Debt.

  1. Caroline Cocker

Alright, enough with the Kates, let me tell you about Caroline. Caroline is effing hilarious. She recently started adding her posts to our Financially Savvy Saturdays link up and each one has made me laugh out loud.

  1. Northern Expenditure

Maggie and her husband are from a spot near and dear to my heart, Alaska. Her blog caught my eye recently and then when she posted about making giant life decisions based on flipping a coin, something I did once, I was sold.

Also, I love Northern Exposure.

Also, I love Northern Exposure.

  1. From Cost to Coast

Mrs. CTC is another regular at Financially Savvy Saturdays and I’ve come to love her positive tone, especially when it’s a little sassy (like in her post about the terrible, frugal life that’s all about the additional bonuses, besides just to your checking account).

  1. Simply Save

Heather lives in a tiny home. Done. Can we be BFFs? Can I come sleep on your couch and marvel at your tiny home? J/K. Kind of. Seriously though, Heather blogs about her frugal lifestyle and makes it seem like the most achievable thing in the world – because, you know, it is.

  1. Frame to Freedom

Becky’s blog really runs the gamut of debt repayment tips, side hustling and straight talks (a.k.a. “What to Do When Things Don’t Go Your Way”)

  1. The Empowered Dollar

This blog is a little different than the others listed here, because Steph has actually moved on to another project (Art to Self), but if you haven’t gone through and checked out the entire archives of this blog, you’re missing out. Guys, she draws personal finance comics and they are amazing. Go check them out and then scoot over to her new site too.

  1. Femme Frugality

Femme writes about everything under the sun and how it connects to personal finance – from basic and useful “how to save money” frugal tips to more thought provoking pieces about how money and religion relate or the financial burdens of physical violence.

  1. Disease Called Debt

Hayley is my partner in crime – we cohost Financially Savvy Saturdays together each weekend – and I couldn’t ask for a better one. Check out how amazing her blog is as she shares her personal finance journey, which included paying off a pile of debt.
